Position Overview:
- This role leads the global training strategy for Medical and Commercial field teams supporting advanced cell therapies.
- It ensures teams are scientifically rigorous, operationally fluent, and compliant in regulated treatment models.
Responsibilities:
- Develop scalable onboarding, certification, and continuous development programs for cell therapy programs.
- Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, CMC, Regulatory, and Commercial.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree required (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent); 10+ years in biotech or pharma.
- Minimum 5 years in Medical Affairs leadership or Medical Training; cell therapy experience strongly preferred.
