E-Money & Payments Regulatory Specialist

Europe

  • Own the e-money and payments regulatory pipeline, including EMI workstreams in the EEA and UK and the safeguarding framework.
  • Produce regulatory drafting and analysis—governance narratives, policies, gap analyses, and regulator responses—that withstand regulatory challenge.
  • Manage post-authorisation obligations for the EU Payment Institution licence and verify that approved controls operate in practice.
