You'll be the starting point and bridge between potential customers and Influ2's revolutionary solutions. You'll be story-telling, relationship-building, and laying the foundation of business partnerships for both the marketing industry evolution and Influ2 business growth. Every conversation you initiate will set the way for lasting change and growth for prospects and Influ2.
This role brings strategic alignment, clarity, and automation to Influ2's go-to-market engine. You will lead the development of unified revenue visibility from leads to renewals, while driving efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. As both a strategist and a builder, you'll design the big picture and get into the details of systems, data, and processes.
Drive new logo acquisition and customer expansion to accelerate revenue growth. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas by building a healthy pipeline and executing high-impact opportunity conversion strategies. Lead multi-threaded engagements with key stakeholders to maximize deal success and strengthen client relationships.
Play a critical part in fueling our hiring pipeline, partnering closely with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure we identify and attract the best candidates globally. Build targeted candidate lists and shortlist profiles for Talent Partnerβs review, or handle initial outreach for high-priority roles. Draft or update job descriptions and coordinate postings across internal and external platforms (LinkedIn, Lever, DOU, etc.).
