- Install and commission Kardex Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems, providing excellent customer service and basic training.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine performance issues, achieving high first-time fix rates and escalating complex problems.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, reporting accurately and maintaining communication with customers and management.
