Support the deployment of new algorithms, clients and markets and keep a global updated view of all algorithmic trading operations. Execute trades across crypto spot, perpetuals and options, and hedging both crypto and FX related exposure. Monitor client service level agreements and evaluate trading performance. Act as a point of call internally on trading and market related insights. Liaise with the Commercial team to provide insights to market making clients.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations by developing and implementing the policies and procedures. Conducting compliance risk assessments and elaborating an annual compliance plan. Developing and implementing a plan of second-line controls and conducting the tests. Drafting of compliance points of attention and recommendations to the Board of Directors.

As a PR & Events Intern, you will play a key supporting role to the PR & Event Manager across a range of initiatives. This internship offers a dynamic experience for an organised and enthusiastic communicator who is eager to learn and contribute in different ways. Your responsibilities may vary and include assisting with journalist database management, coordinating outreach campaigns, preparing award submissions, and supporting both logistical and administrative aspects of PR activities and events.
