Own and expand our Rapid Return-to-Work program beyond feature delivery, developing and executing a strategy that makes RRTW universal across our customer base. Embed RRTW into every claims journey, making adoption the default for policyholders and brokers, and giving our PSMs and Nurse Case Managers the tools they need to drive consistent outcomes. Work directly with senior leaders, carrier partners, and policyholder executives.
