New Product Manager - Rapid Return to Work

Kinetic is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Product Manager to own and expand our Rapid Return-to-Work program. This role goes beyond feature delivery — you will develop and execute a strategy that makes RRTW universal and ubiquitous across our customer base. That means embedding RRTW into every claims journey, making adoption the default for policyholders and brokers, and giving our PSMs and Nurse Case Managers the tools they need to drive consistent outcomes. You’ll work directly with senior leaders, carrier partners, and policyholder executives to ensure RRTW is actively used as a standard part of claims management.
