You will be responsible for owning Greenlight’s registration experience, delivering best-in-class user experiences that drive up conversion and revenue. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Compliance, Design, Engineering and other Product teams, leveraging an evidence-based approach to understand current customer and market behaviors, identify new opportunities, and launch improvements to grow the business.

Optimize the hotel selection through checkout experience ensuring a seamless journey from property selection to guest management, agreement finalization, and booking confirmation. Drive pricing optimization and gamification, ensuring travelers receive the right price for each booking while maximizing hotel participation and revenue opportunities. Increase automation, reduce cost to serve, and minimize cancellations.
