As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and driving UpGuard’s product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features and address customer problems. You will define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for key areas of the UpGuard platform, guiding initiatives from discovery through delivery while ensuring long-term impact and alignment with business goals.

Drive the product vision, product strategy and roadmap for Spotify’s AI Safety Platform. Partner with engineering, research and policy teams to build the systems that support evaluation, classification, and policy alignment for AI applications. Define and scale multimodal safety capabilities across audio, video, and conversational interfaces. Collaborate with internal customer teams to understand their needs and develop centralized guardrails for AI safety, while enabling flexibility for innovation.
