Driven by data, analytical thinking, and digital transformation, you will help turn numbers into actionable insights for smarter decision-making in procurement, collect, consolidate, and validate purchasing data from ERPs, BI tools, and spreadsheets, prepare and update regular KPI reports and dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and support ad-hoc data and reporting requests from purchasing and business stakeholders.

You will be responsible for customizing, implementation, and expanding functionalities in the PS application area and at the CO interfaces, supporting application operations in R3 and S/4HANA in 2nd and 3rd level support and ensuring effective end-to-end processes in the PS area with adjacent modules.

KOSTAL is professionalizing its international HR/IT function by digitalizing processes and implementing IT support tools; actively contribute in this important program. You will work on operational incidents and service requests to learn where to improve. Support the HR IT team with global transformation projects such as H4/S4 migration and HRIS suite implementation.

Purpose of the job is to support Travel & Expense implementation and operational daily support to business travel activities at Kostal Europe plus region. Cooperate and support all activities related to the services between contracted service providers, internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate closely with peer departments to ensure seamless T&E project execution and process alignment.
