You will be responsible for customizing, implementation and expanding functionalities in the PS application area and at the CO interfaces. You will support application operations in R3 and S/4HANA in 2nd and 3rd level support. The role involves continuous development and optimization of existing solutions for business processes, add-ons, and subsystems in PS, as well as ensuring effective E2E processes in the PS area with adjacent modules.

At KOSTAL we are running a huge MS-Sharepoint farm to support the communication needs in the business plus we are transferring to O365. Detailing the solution design in close cooperation with our solution architects. Sharepoint development of Add-On’s and Nintex-workflows according to the requirements of our business partners. Business Support in creating Sharepoint project rooms or communities according KOSTAL’s best practices.
Support rollouts of the Global HCM System, support global HR process standards and ensuring their implementation throughout the organization, defining global HR data governance, and helping regional and local HR colleagues to follow the defined standards. Besides launching the HCM system and ensuring the HR standards, assist in the creation and monitoring of various integrations with the strategic applications of KOSTAL HR IT landscape.
This role is responsible for preparing and posting accounting entries in SAP FI, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements for assigned entities. You will manage general ledger and tax-related matters and support daily accounting operations in compliance with internal controls and financial procedures. You will support the transition of accounting processes to the new Shared Service Center in Budapest and ensure compliance.
The role is in charge of facilitating, posting and clearing all third party customer payments for the entities in scope. Provide accurate and up to date financial information to both internal and external parties on an established regular basis as well as in response to ad-hoc requests. Facilitate dispute resolution and maintain clean and up-to-date account balances through inter-departmental cooperation.
This “First level agent” role provides first level support handles global master data maintenance in the corporate HR master data system. Main responsibilities include acting as first point of contact for HR professionals, maintaining personnel actions and global organizational objects, responding to inquiries, diagnosing issues, and escalating them as needed. The role also involves following global processes, providing customer service, and documenting technical issues.
