  • Lead discovery with firm billing and finance teams to map time entry, expense tracking, pre-bill review, invoicing, and collections.
  • Design billing setups on Litify and Salesforce including rate hierarchies, fee arrangements, invoice templates, and e-billing formats.
  • Own implementation through go-live: configuration, data migration, UAT, training, and financial reporting.
