Manage complete and complex sales-cycles, taking a consultative and detailed approach to presenting the full platform features to often presenting to C-Suite key decision making executives. Create proposals and assist with RFP responses, coordinate deal negotiation, arrange on-site visits to close deals and hand-over projects to the delivery team.

Lead the team of commercial lawyers to achieve team goals and support Mambu’s vision. Provide legal advice to the business on a wide range of commercial matters, including legal assessments of GTM strategies and new market entries. Negotiate and draft complex commercial agreements, including master services agreements with customers, partnership agreements and vendor agreements. Manage legal aspects of disputes and actual or potential litigation proceedings.

Be part of the team to implement and support the Mambu platform with digital lenders, startups, microfinance organisations and new business units of traditional banks. You will gather business requirements from our customers, and translate these into configuration and setup of the Mambu system. Provide training to customers on the Mambu platform and new feature releases, in addition to ongoing support to existing customers and their users.

Lead the commercial development of Numeral in your region, working with our banking and ISV partners. Map the market and identify high-potential segments to devise a GTM strategy. Establish contact and build relationships with your target accounts through active engagement in the European fintech ecosystem and our network of partners. Manage the deal process and prepare sales proposals articulating use cases, product features, and pricing models to transform opportunities into customers.

As a QA Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our payments platform. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing test strategies, automating tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that meets customer and regulatory requirements.

Write optimised , modular Java code, understand and apply OOP and clean code concepts. Write Restful Web Services. Work with cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and the associated architectural patterns (configuration as code, containers, etc); Code reviews and pair programming. Able to analyse and synthesise complex technical information.

You will be the bridge between our engineering teams and our product vision, ensuring we deliver cutting-edge, scalable, and reliable SaaS banking solutions. You will leverage your deep technical understanding, particularly in cloud technologies like AWS, AZURE, GCP, to define and drive the development of key platform features.
