Lead the design and delivery of modern, scalable data services, guiding platform modernization and deprecating legacy systems. Establish data architecture standards, build secure data extraction pipelines, and champion CI/CD and DevSecOps for data infrastructure. Define and execute Mambu’s AI strategy for data insights, transforming raw data into valuable business entities.

Define and lead infrastructure strategy, working closely with product and engineering leaders to modernize core services. Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure using IaC and automation best practices. Mentor engineers and raise the bar on engineering excellence, code quality, and observability across teams. Own and optimize cloud budgets and vendor relationships across AWS and other providers. Drive platform resilience, scalability, and performance, phasing out outdated dependencies and systems. Champion CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code standards to support fast, safe deployments. Integrate modern practices in monitoring, security, and compliance, especially in high-volume, regulated environments.

Nurture opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with all key stakeholders to ensure long-term success. Manage complete and complex sales-cycles, taking a consultative and detailed approach to presenting the full platform features to often presenting to C-Suite key decision making executives. Create proposals and assist with RFP responses, coordinate deal negotiation, arrange on-site visits to close deals and hand-over projects to the delivery team.

As a Senior Manager, Business Applications & IT you will serve as global product owner for our NetSuite ERP platform and directly manage engineering functionalities to streamline financial operations and strengthen controls. You will also drive automation across our Global entities while partnering closely with Finance, IT, HR and external vendors.
