As Engineering Director, you’ll lead multiple teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. You’ll take a hands-on leadership approach, working closely with Engineering Managers, the broader organisation, and our customers to shape and evolve our Support function. As a Backend Software Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the development of our payment platform. You’ll design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems while ensuring the security, performance, and reliability of our solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge payment features that enhance the customer experience.
