Mambu

As a Product Manager responsible for our Run Mambu product portfolio you will be responsible for core horizontal service capabilities that are critical to our customers after they go live. We are looking for someone who can unify this portfolio with a clear value proposition on what are the key long-term differentiators that we want to offer in each space.

As Product Manager, you will play a key role in building our product vision and delivering products that enable fintechs, payments companies, and banks to build best-in-class payment infrastructures. You will define product vision and strategy for retail banking solutions, with a focus on payments. You will lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery to launch.

Provide first line support for Mambu applications and services in Salesforce. Manage & triage incoming requests and assign it to the relevant support team. Ensure all support tickets are responded within the agreed service level timeframe. Solve technical issues reported by our customer. Perform basic technical triage using tools such as Grafana, Loggly and MS SQL.
