Drive client growth for our data center facility solutions, specifically related to building automation systems involving identifying and developing building management system (BMS) strategies that improve operational efficiency, sustainability, and energy performance. Evaluate existing systems in data centers and commercial/industrial facilities and propose tailored BMS solutions that optimize performance and energy usage.

The primary mission of this position is the development of mechanical efficiency solutions for large commercial and industrial customers. The Mechanical Sales Engineer will work closely with Sales Executives and project managers to ensure high customer satisfaction in identification and sales of turnkey mechanical efficiency projects. You will also be responsible for initial audits of facilities and creation of scopes of work used in sales proposals.

The Project Manager II serves as the primary day-to-day manager for contract/project performance on one or more Mantis Innovation projects. Responsible for high quality/high performance project delivery which meets or exceeds the requirements of the contract agreement. The primary duty will surround Project Management, but duties may include onsite quality assurance observation, surveys, or other kinds of facility audits.

Apply Mantis survey methodology in the facility inspection process for facility asset management projects. The primary duty will surround commercial roof surveys, but other duties may include pavement surveys, building envelope surveys, and quality assurance observation.
