BMS Service Technician II

As a BMS (Building Management Systems) Service Technician II, you'll independently execute BMS service projects, involving troubleshooting, installing, integrating, programming, and commissioning building automation systems in commercial environments. You'll troubleshoot HVAC equipment, execute startup and commissioning, modify wire sheet logic, and integrate building control systems. Working with remote support staff, you'll maintain BMS graphical consistency and provide support in operational data centers. Communicating job status to customers and suggesting system improvements will also be part of the role. You will also provide feedback to engineering teams and mentor junior technicians. You should have 2+ years of BMS or HVAC controls experience, be proficient with Tridium/Niagara or Distech, and be comfortable working in sensitive environments and willing to travel extensively.
