As the Senior Product Designer at Momentus Technologies, you will be a key player on our design team, shaping the vision and execution of design across two major product lines. In this role, you will drive cohesive, user-centric design solutions for complex software products while establishing design excellence and consistency across both portfolios. This role requires close collaboration with design leadership, engineering teams, product managers, and executive stakeholders.

As a Support Specialist, you will assist clients with technical support through emails, phone calls, and online training meetings. You will also assist with software testing and the setup of new accounts, conduct online support and training, and gather feedback for our product team. Also providing technical support to both clients as well as other members of the customer support team.
