As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be a key member of the Monte Carlo sales engine and will be responsible for providing excellent technical guidance and support to the sales team. This includes delivering demos and successful proofs of concept, positioning the platform to technical and non-technical stakeholders and executives, technical solution, advocating cross-functionally for the customerβs needs, and creating content to scale your work.
The Technical Support Engineer will answer product questions and debug technical issues for both current customers and prospects, taking ownership from the moment the customer reaches out all the way through submitting the PR for the fix. The role involves writing and maintaining internal and external documentation, and designing processes to drive efficiency and collaboration across teams. This role requires someone who enjoys fast-paced startup environments, solving problems, and working cross-functionally.
Monte Carlo is seeking an exceptional Product Security Engineer to lead security engineering efforts in a cloud-first environment. This role will be central to maintaining and enhancing the vulnerability management program, developing security automation, and managing security alerting/reporting. You will also actively participate in new features and code reviews to support the Engineering team.
