Open Positions
Work directly with customers to understand their workflows, infrastructure, and challenges, then drive improvements from investigation to resolution. Reverse engineer customer systems and resolve issues across CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, developer tooling, and build systems. Act as an extension of customer engineering teams, building product improvements and tooling to unblock teams and improve developer productivity.
