Forward Deployed Engineer

About the Role:

• Forward Deployed Engineers work directly with customer engineering teams to solve complex infrastructure and developer workflow challenges.
• You'll serve as a technical partner and trusted advisor, embedding within engineering organizations to improve, scale, and modernize their workflows.
• This is a highly technical, autonomous, and customer-facing role spanning CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and developer tooling.

What You’ll Do:

• Understand customer workflows and independently drive issues from investigation through resolution.
• Reverse engineer systems and resolve challenges across CI/CD, cloud, and tooling.
• Build product improvements and tooling that unblock teams and improve developer productivity.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong engineering fundamentals and ability to navigate unfamiliar systems quickly.
• Comfort debugging across modern infrastructure and developer environments.
• High curiosity, bias to execution, and customer-oriented ownership.
