Forward Deployed Engineer

The Role:

• As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will deploy and adapt Hermes Agent Enterprise inside complex customer environments.
• You will partner directly with enterprise customers to understand their workflows and integrate internal systems.
• You will work across engineering, infrastructure, and customer teams to bridge the gap between AI research and enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy Hermes Agent Enterprise across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid customer environments.
• Integrate enterprise APIs, internal data sources, authentication systems, and business applications into agent workflows.
• Partner with customers to scope requirements, implement solutions, and iterate based on feedback.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building and deploying production systems.
• Experience working with enterprise customers to deliver technical solutions.
• Strong debugging skills across distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
