Assist with coordinating recruitment, selection, and onboarding for the Conservation Leadership Initiative cohort.
Build relationships with colleges and universities across Florida, focusing on HBCUs and MSIs, to recruit participants.
Support planning and facilitation of CLI activities, including events at the Audubon Assembly, and provide ongoing coordination for participants and mentors.
