Own the structure, quality, and consistency of Precursive's knowledge base for end users and admins. Deliver live customer training sessions, workshops, and webinars, and train internal teams on product workflows. Partner with Product and Sales to ensure enablement assets reflect product intent and customer needs.

Act as the primary client-facing point of contact, facilitating kickoffs, check-ins, and progress reporting.
