The Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring mortgage origination operations remain compliant with regulatory requirements and supporting system enhancements, disclosure updates, and cross-functional initiatives. The Compliance Analyst will interface with internal and external contacts in a professional manner including vendors and internal staff to fulfill requests and obligations. The Compliance Analyst is responsible for change management of the loan origination system (Encompass), including updates to documents and processes and company changes to the LOS.

Reporting to the General Counsel, the Associate Counsel will serve as the internal legal point of contact on emerging technologies, support marketing and advertising initiatives, engage with Vendor Management on contract review and new engagements, perform legal research on various topics, support the complaint process, and perform other tasks as assigned by the General Counsel.
