Replicant

Replicant is seeking a full stack product marketing leader to drive the strategic direction of their business, partnering with leaders across teams to inform product development, go-to-market strategy, and category design. This leader will serve as a hands-on player-coach, directly owning our positioning and messaging, as well as broader go-to-market strategy. This position will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Take ownership of one or more development teams, balancing successful and consistent execution with mentorship and developing a highly motivated team of engineers. Focus on high technical and product quality, and customer satisfaction, without building a hero/crunch culture. Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering Leadership to build foundational services for the virtual agent platform.

We're looking for a Software Engineer with strong development and communication skills to build and collaborate with designers to create world-class solutions for our customer-facing AI Agents. You will improve core services, implement clean communication between various internal and external systems, explore Conversational UIs, and help level up our growing team.
