Rewst is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automation Strategist to join our rapidly growing team to work with clients to help them reach their automation goals, including strategizing and advising on what to automate and how to implement it. This role requires a deep understanding of MSP’s processes and environments, excellent communication and technical skills, and a passion for eliminating manual processes.

As a Customer Success Advisor (CSA), you’ll be on the front lines of customer engagement, onboarding, and expansion. You’ll support a portfolio of accounts in partnership with Automation Advisors, ensuring our MSP clients drive meaningful automation outcomes, expand their usage, and remain long-term partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

As a Full Stack Senior Software Engineer focused on building new features, you're comfortable creating something out of nothing. The business is relying on you to create the next big thing, and sometimes the business needs that fast. You like being the star of the show and having your name tied to feature releases and you're okay with having a deadline to deliver.

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Marketplace team, you will be responsible for developing new features for the Crate Marketplace, creating new integrations, fixing bugs and issues, and ensuring that the Marketplace is a reliable and user-friendly platform. Daily tasks include developing new features, fixing bugs, developing API integrations, and maintaining pre-existing integrations.
