As Director, Brand & Content Marketing, youβll be the steward of Rechargeβs masterbrand and the architect of the stories that make us unforgettable, leading a multidisciplinary team spanning brand design, campaigns, and editorial content. You will define and evolve Rechargeβs brand identity and narrative across every channel and asset, driving brand expression from high-impact hero moments to nuanced microcopy and motion.

Support GTM strategies including creating in-app messaging, customer newsletters, user communities, loyalty programs, review generation, case study development, customer events and webinars.
Own Paddleβs customer storytelling, advocacy, and community-building efforts, supporting both our PLG and sales-led motions with high-impact case studies, testimonials, and references, while also building community connections that fuel events, ABM, campaigns, and content.
