The B2C Recovery Manager is responsible for managing supervisors and teams of associates to ensure that all departmental goals are reached daily. This role involves being the resource person on all matters related to account receivables and collections, consistently monitoring the department to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and performance. The position requires strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Oversee day-to-day quality assurance operations, and lead and manage the QA team, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations, and set goals and objectives for the QA team, ensuring they are aligned with the overall business objectives. Assist with testing and debugging software and set quality standards and communicate them to team members.
