The Underwriter will assist the Operations Team by brainstorming "What If" scenarios. They will restructure problematic loans, recommend alternative products/Investors, and offer suitable credit decisions to keep clients and production staff satisfied. The underwriter is responsible for conforming and high-balances loans for both DU/Fannie Mae and LP/Freddie Mac underwriting.
