You will be integral in underwriting and servicing surety risks within the Southeast territory while servicing and nurturing agency relationships with the objective of growing our commercial surety accounts in your designated region. Empowered to make decisions within established underwriting guidelines, you will extend lines of authority (LOA).

The Claims Technical Director will focus on TPA WC oversight for Claims in a Captive and Programs business, reviewing and providing direction on reserve and settlement authority, where required, on complex, specialized claims and high exposure claims, primarily auto and general liability. The role supports the business partner through communication about specific claims and identification of claim trends.
