As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for the HaloAI team at SmartBear, you will craft compelling customer narratives and develop content that highlights HaloAI's differentiated capabilities, leading feature launches that help customers optimize their development processes while maximizing ROI. As a key contributor, you will help establish market positioning, drive customer adoption, and shape the future of AI-powered software development tools.

We’re looking for a junior-level Community Manager to help scale SmartBear’s engagement with developers, testers, and quality professionals across multiple community touchpoints. In this role, you’ll work closely with our existing community manager and the Developer Relations team to support curriculum development for the SmartBear Academy, help manage conversations across public channels, and strengthen relationships with users by being helpful, responsive, and proactive.

This role involves leading North America demand generation, ABM, and event marketing, driving multi-channel programs to generate and nurture demand within high-growth market segments. You will lead a team and create program strategies to achieve lead, SQL, and pipeline coverage objectives, optimize processes, and constantly improve ROI.
