SOS Children's Villages is a global federation dedicated to ensuring children and young people who have lost or are at risk of losing parental care can grow with the relationships, support and opportunities they need to thrive. The Innovation, Evidence & Scale (IES) Unit supports Member Associations and partners in strengthening programme quality, evidence use, and scaling impact across diverse contexts.
Conduct scalability diagnostics for five selected Member Association projects using the IES Scalability Pathway, assessing evidence, learning, and scale readiness.
Synthesize existing evidence and learning from each project, identify critical gaps, and develop actionable recommendations for evidence generation and scaling.
Produce tailored learning products such as briefs and case studies to capture key lessons and support knowledge sharing across the federation.
