As a Startup Sourcing Associate, you’ll be responsible for discovering and engaging early-stage and growth-stage companies that could raise capital on StartEngine. This is a top-of-funnel, lead-generation role — you’ll be researching the startup landscape, finding promising companies, and sparking conversations with founders to gauge their interest in raising on our platform.
Manage day-to-day operations associated with IRA investment activity, primarily through our partner custodian, Equity Trust, as well as other custodians used by investors. Coordinate account openings, transfers, investment processing, reconciliations, and general IRA operational workflows. Work closely with internal teams and external custodians to ensure that accounts are properly set up, documentation is complete, transactions move quickly, and investors receive a seamless experience.
Be the driving force behind bringing top-tier crypto projects to StartEngine’s platform, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to source, vet, and sign innovative crypto companies looking to raise capital. You will manage the sales cycle from outreach to onboarding new clients and stay up-to-date on crypto and Web3 trends.
