The Regional Training Officer (RTO) delivers training across all stations within their assigned region, conducting classroom and practical training sessions for initial and refresher programs. The RTO is a subject matter expert in at least one operational function and supports On-the-Job Coaches (OJC) at each station, ensuring location-specific training requirements are met and that all training aligns with Swissport’s Training Policy and Procedures. Regular training assessments will be conducted to maintain operational standards.
