  • Oversee clinical/coding DRG audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through accurate audits, understanding client needs, and reporting denial trends.
  • Coach, develop, and mentor clinical staff to achieve quality performance using servant leadership principles.

$140,000–$170,000/yr

  • Design, develop, test, and ship production-grade software across backend services and front-end applications, with a focus on AI-assisted coding tools.
  • Build and operate cloud-native solutions in AWS, implement CQRS and event sourcing patterns, and work with MongoDB and OpenSearch.
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, and fellow engineers, mentor team members, and ensure security, compliance, and quality are embedded in every layer.
