We are seeking a Senior UX Engineer to bridge the gap between design and code, translating UX and visual designs into scalable, accessible, and high-quality code. You will ensure seamless implementation of our design system across digital products, maintain the codebase, contribute to documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements and fixes.

Conducts high level systems analysis and implementation of high performing software solutions that are efficient and cost effective, and which support Wellmark’s business and Technology applications. Leads system development and guides the team in the design, development, code testing and debugging necessary to ensure successful completion. Contributes to and drives adoption of best practices across various platforms.

As a Utilization Management (UM) Nurse, you will provide UM services, transition of care and support to members and health care providers. You will utilize clinical knowledge and expertise to interpret and appropriately apply medical policy, medical necessity criteria (InterQual), and benefit information to provide consultation and responses to UM requests. You will proactively assess and assist members to help move them through the continuum of care by utilizing services and resources efficiently.
