Overview:
- Responsible for ensuring quality and reliability of SaaS product through functional manual testing and automated test development.
- Emphasizes strong test case planning, defect triage, and prioritization to support fast-moving releases.
Responsibilities:
- Create, execute, and maintain automated test cases for RESTful web services and UI-based workflows.
- Identify CI/CD releasability issues and support shift-left QA strategy.
- Design new frameworks and drive improvements to existing automation.
Collaboration:
- Work with engineering and product teams to define test coverage and release readiness criteria.
- Serve as mentor to QA team and advocate for best practices across scrum teams.
- Provide periodic off-hours on-call support to operations staff.
