Responsibilities:
- Lead independent analysis of NDF sensor datasets, formulating hypotheses and writing analytical code in Python.
- Provide technical direction across research threads and review outputs from AI/ML engineers and developers.
- Translate operational requirements into research objectives and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of hands-on applied R&D experience in RF systems, signals intelligence, or electronic warfare.
- Demonstrated ability to independently develop and execute data analyses in Python on real sensor datasets.
- Experience working on constrained-hardware edge systems with attention to computational efficiency.
Work Environment:
- The role is remote and involves working within a small, distributed team.
- Work is conducted in air-gapped Linux environments on resource-constrained tactical edge hardware.
