Team Lead (Python / Node.js) — hands-on

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize backend services for high-traffic systems using Node.js.
• Collaborate on self-managed infrastructure handling large-scale data and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Mentor and support a small remote team, conduct code reviews, and contribute to technical decision-making.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of backend development with Node.js and 1+ year of experience as a Team Lead or strong mentoring background.
• Proven experience with high-traffic or scalable platforms and leading remote engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of system performance, scaling, and comfort working outside fully managed cloud environments.

Work Environment:
