Drive architectural evolution of the core platform, balancing high-availability commitments against scalability investments for enterprise growth.
Own the full reporting stack, including backend infrastructure and front-end reporting views that enterprise customers depend on.

Qualifications:

11+ years of software engineering and system architecture experience with depth in distributed systems and high-availability platform infrastructure.
5+ years in engineering leadership with a track record of leading through multiple layers of management across complex technical and product charters.
Experience owning and operating mission-critical services at five-nines availability, with hands-on technical credibility.
