Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes and develops telecommunications networks supporting a wide range of capabilities, including voice, data, video, and/or wireless services.
  • Develops designs and plans for installation and maintenance of telecommunications systems from project inception to conclusion, analyzing problems and information characteristics.
  • Defines the problem and develops system requirements and network specifications, closely coordinating with other information system professionals.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of progressive information technology experience in telecommunications network design and management.
  • Ability to work independently on moderately complex requirements for analysis, planning, programming, and implementation.
  • Experience in analysis and design of voice networks, LAN data networks, wireless networks, and/or network management systems.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess DoD IAT II Certification or higher (e.g., Security+ CE) and CCNA or equivalent certification.
  • Requires a DoD Secret clearance with a completed and adjudicated IT-I qualifying investigation and a valid US Passport.
  • This remote role within the United States involves up to 50% travel and the ability to lift 30-40 pounds overhead.
