Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Club customers on supply and execution.
  • Provide weekly reporting and insights specific to each brand and customer.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance supply chain efficiency and customer service.

Capabilities + Skills Required:

  • Strong customer-facing experience with club channel (Costco and Sam’s Club preferred).
  • Experience in tracking and reporting KPIs to cross functional groups.
  • Ability to drive action independently and carry out responsibilities accurately and efficiently with minimal direction.
