Role Overview:
- The Senior Director of Enterprise Platforms and Operations is responsible for leading the strategy, optimization, and scalability of LifeStance's enterprise platforms.
- This includes EMR and integrated technologies supporting core business operations such as RCM, call center, scheduling, referrals, and patient access.
- This role focuses on driving operational efficiency, standardization, and AI-driven optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product strategy and roadmap for enterprise platforms including EMR and operational systems.
- Drive end-to-end operational efficiency improvements across RCM, scheduling, referrals, and call center operations.
- Identify and implement AI-driven automation opportunities to reduce cost and improve throughput.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- At least 10 years of product management and platform design experience, and healthcare experience.
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and implementing AI in workflows.
