Communications Associate

We’re looking for a Communications Associate to join our Organic Growth team and help shape how the world sees Jerry. Reporting directly to our VP of Content & Organic Growth, you’ll work on everything from strategic media outreach to data-driven storytelling, internal communications, and content production. You will manage day-to-day PR operations across consumer, tech, business, and trade outlets, develop timely, media-ready studies by analyzing survey data, and collaborate with CX and Product teams to address customer feedback. You will also publish and maintain SEO-optimized content in WordPress, conduct keyword research, and assist in content planning to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with organic growth strategies.
