Legal Operations Analyst

In this role you will report to the Customer Solutions Team Lead and be held to a new set of standards within the Financial Service Industry. As a member of the Customer Solutions team, you will be responsible for maintaining various tasks required in daily servicing operations and identifying and solving issues relating to performance. Work closely with Customer Solutions Team Lead to develop procedures and task completion strategy, assist with implementation of new systems, and perform recurring processing activities. You will review, prioritize, and provide timely and accurate responses to tasks, think critically and analyze information, and perform other ad-hoc tasks.
