What you own:
- Client engagements end to end, from sitting with users to deciding what to build.
- Production systems: pipelines for speech, text, and event data with LLM workflows.
- Reliability, observability, security, and teaching the client's team to operate it.
What you need:
- 4+ years building and operating production software, including on-call ownership.
- TypeScript or Python, SQL, a major cloud, CI/CD, and shipped LLM/ML features.
- Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders.
Compensation:
- $180,000-$200,000 base salary, health, dental, and vision.
- Travel fully covered; small, fast-moving team.
