Recruiter (contract)

This contract Recruiter role at Firsthand will support the company during a period of high growth. The role will attract and assess great talent across community-based openings. These roles are critical to Firsthand's success. As a Recruiter (contract) you will own and manage full-cycle recruiting across a high volume of open roles, from intake to offer. In this position, you will source, screen, and present qualified candidates who meet or exceed role requirements and cultural expectations. The expectation for this high volume recruiting position is that you’ll average between 10-15 hires each month. You will also assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
