Analytics Engineer II

As an Analytics Engineer II at Ophelia, you'll be instrumental in developing and refining our data warehouse for analytics, reporting, and research. This involves constructing a resilient data pipeline with a scalable data model, integrating data from various sources such as electronic medical records (EMR), patient portal, finance systems, and published events and surfacing this data in an appropriate BI tool for end stakeholders. You will collaborate across teams to identify data-driven opportunities that propel the business forward, delivering high-quality data work using an agile methodology. Your contributions will ultimately influence key company domains, including company-level KPIs, clinical, and business operations, and more. You will oversee analytics data across diverse domains like finance, clinical operations, and company KPIs, ensuring its high-quality availability through supporting systems. You will also be responsible for populating data in all data products, managing infrastructure, and implementing tests and alerts to maintain data quality.
