Engineering Team Lead

Orum's Engineering Team plays a pivotal role in driving their vision forward, tackling some of the toughest challenges sales teams face. As Engineering Team Lead, you will lead a team of full-stack engineers and directly impact the product suite while growing and mentoring the team. You will dive into technical challenges, contribute to architecture reviews, and ensure engineering excellence through a strong culture of simple, maintainable, and well-tested code. You also collaborate with design and product management to define and communicate product vision and technical architecture to your team. You will enable your team to thrive by unblocking challenges, reviewing code, and solving interesting problems.
