Accountabilities:
- You will lead and evolve information security, IT operations, and compliance programs to support business growth and protect sensitive data.
- You will manage compliance initiatives across multiple regulatory frameworks including HIPAA, GDPR, PIPEDA, and others.
- You will drive security maturity initiatives including SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 readiness.
Requirements:
- You have 6+ years of experience in information security, IT operations, privacy, and compliance roles.
- You have strong expertise in healthcare compliance frameworks such as HIPAA/HITECH.
- You have experience with vendor risk management and security frameworks.
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary range of CAD $165,000–$180,000 per year.
