What we need:
- 5+ years of compliance, risk management, or GRC experience in tech or SaaS.
- Experience with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 frameworks and audits.
- Working knowledge of NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, and compliance automation platforms.
What you'll do:
- Own and mature the compliance program including certifications and automated processes.
- Lead audits, risk assessments, and control testing across the organization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance into product development.
