Product Designer

Flock Safety is looking for a Product Designer to design experiences for web, mobile, and responsive design. The main priority will be supporting design for the Investigate experience, while secondary priorities will involve supporting design initiatives across Real Time, FlockOS, Admin, CVID, and Mobile. The designer will collaborate closely with other designers, stakeholders, and customers to understand problems, iterate on thoughtful solutions, and validate designs through user testing and prototyping. The designer will champion user-centered design practices grounded in research, customer insights, user journeys, testing, and prototyping, as well as produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a minimum of 3+ years of cross-platform UX/UI design experience and expert knowledge in prototyping and ideation tools such as Figma.
