Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using C#, ASP.NET Web API, .NET Framework, and .NET Core while implementing secure authentication protocols like OAuth and JWT.
  • Develop, package, and deploy API solutions through automated CI/CD pipelines and publish services using Azure API Management for routing, versioning, and security.
  • Create and execute unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure application quality and reliability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with 7+ years of enterprise application development using Microsoft .NET technologies.
  • Advanced experience with RESTful APIs, C#, ASP.NET Web API, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and secure authentication.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure API Management, and software testing methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services, Azure App Services, and cloud-native application development.
  • Experience migrating from .NET Framework to .NET Core and supporting federal healthcare programs like VA or DoD.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT.
